Delivery Areas
We currently offer local flower delivery throughout:
- Aurora
- Newmarket
- Richmond Hill
- Vaughan
- Markham
- Selected Greater Toronto Area (GTA) locations

Delivery Timing
We offer same-day and scheduled flower delivery, subject to product availability and delivery capacity.
While we always do our best to accommodate requested delivery windows, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Delivery timing may vary due to:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Building access delays
- Recipient availability
- High-volume holiday periods
During busy floral occasions, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other peak seasons, deliveries may experience delays due to increased order volume.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery may be available for eligible orders placed before our daily cut-off time.
Availability may vary depending on:
- Delivery location
- Product availability
- Holiday demand
- Daily delivery capacity
We reserve the right to limit or decline same-day delivery requests during peak periods.
Recipient Availability
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:
- Recipient full name
- Correct delivery address
- Unit or buzzer number
- Valid contact phone number
- Special delivery instructions if applicable
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver may:
- Leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate
- Leave the order with the concierge or reception
- Contact the recipient directly
- Attempt redelivery (additional charges may apply)
Lotus Land Flower Boutique is not responsible for deliveries affected by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Unsuccessful Deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Incorrect address
- Missing unit number
- No safe place available
- Recipient unreachable
- Restricted building access
Additional delivery fees or redelivery charges may apply.
Weather & External Delays
Delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by severe weather, road closures, traffic delays, or other circumstances beyond our control. While we always aim to complete deliveries on time, Lotus Land Flower Boutique cannot guarantee exact delivery times under such conditions.
Freshness & Care Upon Delivery
All floral arrangements leave our studio fresh and carefully prepared.
Once an order has been delivered successfully to the provided address, responsibility for flower care and handling transfers to the recipient/customer.

Holiday Deliveries
During major floral holidays and high-demand dates, we recommend placing orders in advance to ensure availability and timely processing.
Due to increased volume during peak periods:
- Specific delivery times may not be guaranteed

- Delivery routes may take longer than usual
