Lotus Land Flower Boutique is a luxury floral design studio based in Aurora, offering fresh floral arrangements, event florals, wedding florals, luxury gift boxes, and same-day or scheduled flower delivery across Aurora, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, and the surrounding GTA.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Availability & Floral Substitutions

Flowers are seasonal and perishable products. While we always strive to create arrangements as shown on our website and social media, certain flowers, containers, or design elements may occasionally be unavailable due to seasonality, weather conditions, supplier limitations, or market availability.

In such cases, Lotus Land Flower Boutique reserves the right to substitute flowers or containers with alternatives of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and aesthetic of the original design.

Each arrangement is handcrafted and unique. Slight variations in size, shape, colour tones, and floral composition are considered normal and are part of the artistic nature of floral design.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Full payment is required before orders are processed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including in cases of:

Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
Incorrect pricing or product information
Product unavailability
Delivery limitations

For custom event, wedding, or large-scale floral orders, separate contracts, invoices, deposits, and payment schedules may apply.

4. Delivery Policy

We offer local flower delivery throughout Aurora, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, and selected GTA areas.

While we do our best to accommodate requested delivery times, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed, especially during peak floral holidays and busy occasions, including but not limited to:

Valentine’s Day
Mother’s Day
Christmas
Thanksgiving
Wedding season
Severe weather conditions

During high-volume periods, deliveries may experience delays due to traffic, weather, courier limitations, or increased order volume.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including:

Recipient name
Full address
Unit/buzzer number
Phone number
Special delivery instructions

Lotus Land Flower Boutique is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:

Leave the flowers in a safe location
Leave them with a concierge, receptionist, or neighbour when appropriate
Attempt redelivery (additional fees may apply)

Once an order has been successfully delivered to the provided address, responsibility for the product transfers to the recipient/customer.

5. Fresh Flower Care

Fresh flowers are perishable and require proper care.

To maximize flower longevity, customers should follow the care instructions provided with their arrangement or available on our Flower Care page.

Flower lifespan varies depending on:

Flower variety
Environmental temperature
Sunlight exposure
Water maintenance
Handling conditions

Lotus Land Flower Boutique cannot guarantee a specific lifespan for fresh flowers due to their natural and perishable nature.

6. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Due to the perishable and customized nature of floral products, all sales are generally final.

However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the arrangement

Approved resolutions may include:

Partial store credit
Replacement flowers
Redelivery when appropriate

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

Minor variations in flower types, colour tones, or arrangement style
Personal preference after delivery
Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Delays caused by weather, traffic, or peak holiday demand
Improper flower care after delivery

7. Event & Wedding Floral Services

Event and wedding floral bookings may require:

Signed agreements
Non-refundable deposits
Final guest counts and confirmations
Advance payment schedules

Specific event terms, cancellation policies, setup/breakdown details, rental agreements, and floral substitution terms will be outlined separately within the event proposal or contract.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

Images
Floral designs
Logos
Branding
Text
Graphics
Website content

is the property of Lotus Land Boutique Inc. and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

9. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for:

Illegal or fraudulent purposes
Unauthorized access attempts
Distribution of harmful software or spam
Violating applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate website access if misuse is detected.

10. Limitation of Liability

Delayed deliveries caused by circumstances beyond our control
