At Lotus Land Flower Boutique, we take great pride in creating refined floral designs using fresh, premium blooms and carefully curated materials. Each arrangement is handcrafted with attention to detail and created uniquely for every order. Due to the perishable and customized nature of floral products, please review our policy below before placing your order.

Fresh Floral Products

Flowers are natural, seasonal products and may vary slightly in colour, bloom size, shape, and availability.

While we always strive to create arrangements as closely as possible to the photos displayed on our website and social media, Lotus Land Flower Boutique reserves the right to make substitutions when certain flowers, containers, or design materials are unavailable due to seasonality, market conditions, or supplier availability. Any substitutions will be carefully selected to maintain the overall style, colour palette, and value of the original design.

Refund & Replacement Requests

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To review a concern, we may require:

  • Order number
  • Recipient name
  • Clear photos of the arrangement
  • Brief description of the issue

After review, and where appropriate, we may offer:

  • Replacement arrangement
  • Partial store credit
  • Partial refund
  • Redelivery adjustment

All resolutions are handled at the discretion of Lotus Land Flower Boutique based on the nature of the concern.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds, replacements, or credits will not be provided for:

  • Minor variations in flower varieties, colours, or arrangement style
  • Seasonal or necessary floral substitutions
  • Personal preference after delivery
  • Orders delivered successfully to the address provided
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, building access restrictions, or high-volume holiday periods
  • Improper flower care or handling after delivery
  • Requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery

Delivery Delays During Peak Holidays

During major floral holidays and high-volume occasions, including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and other peak seasons, delivery times may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather conditions, courier limitations, and increased order volume.

While we always make every effort to complete deliveries as efficiently as possible, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed during peak periods.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us promptly within 24 hours of delivery so our team can review and resolve the matter appropriately. Claims submitted without photos may not qualify for replacement or refund consideration.

Custom, Wedding & Event Orders

Custom floral installations, weddings, luxury events, and large specialty orders are subject to separate proposals, contracts, and payment terms. Deposits for custom event work are generally non-refundable once flowers, rentals, materials, or production items have been secured.
